The Faith Store began in 2015 with a vision to make an impact on lives around the world. Our mission is to provide a marketplace for the products of survivors - or those at risk - of human trafficking, deep poverty and addiction. We want to help them have a better way of life as they discover the freedom and purpose of knowing who they are in Christ.  We believe that fair trade is empowering and that faith in God can move mountains.

As a non-profit, fair trade boutique, we carry products from artisans in over 20 different countries, including some made right here in Tennessee.  You are invited to join in our mission by supporting these artisans with your purchases. Together we can help them to find the hope, dignity, and respect of a new way of life.

SHIPPING

  • Orders under $100 shipping within the continental United States ship for a flat fee of $7.99.
  • Orders over $100 shipping within the continental United States are free!
  • Standard shipping is processed within 3 days of order and usually takes 3-5 days of shipping time depending upon shipping location. We ship from Lebanon, Tennessee (about 30 miles east of Nashville)

IN-STORE PICK UP

  • We are pleased to offer free in-store pick up for all orders. Select the delivery method of "pick up" on the information page at checkout.

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • We are happy to offer free local delivery within a 5 mile radius of our store. Select the delivery method of "ship" on the information page and if we offer free local delivery to your address you'll see it as an option at checkout.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right!

  • Just bring the item back in with the original packaging and your receipt within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund. If payment is made with a check we cannot refund until after 3 days.
  • After the 7 day period, but within 30 days, you may return or exchange your item for store credit. 

Please keep your receipt! We will accept email or printed receipts for returns or exchanges.
